If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?

Wild Kids

When the kids are too obnoxious or bad they get throw in the pool like Krista was on Sunday:)

Josh is a monkey. He climbs on everything, up everywhere. He's gecko like. He's a spider.

Here he is doing his Jean-Claude Van Damme impression.

Okra Festival in S.C.

Saturday morning Jared got up to run the "Dam Run" which is a 10k run across the dam which dams up Lake Murray, the lake Jared's family lives on. The race started off the Okra Festival in Irmo, SC. Of course Jared finished 1st in his age group and 4th overall with a 6 min avg. pace. His words the night before, "I really haven't run that much lately, I hope I do ok." As we all roll our eyes knowing he'll whip everyone's butts anyway.

Some of us headed over to watch the parade with lots of lulls between floats and dancers. This is one of the highlights, a giant Okra man.

Here's Krista thinking, "I'm too old for this."

Genean kept having to chase Oa around the place.

Here's the artsy-fartsy lady and he whimsical garden art.

Jared and sweet little Oa.

When I asked Jared and Krista how they liked their fried Okra, this was their response.

This guy is dressed just right for the Okra festival.

Bon Voyage

Here is Jared riding one of Google's bikes back from the gym on one of his last days at Google Mountain View.

On our last night in Hayward my mother had our wedding cake made for us again since everyone raved about it and we really never got any accept for that one bite that we really don't remember how it tasted. There was a lot going on that day.

Barneys S.F.

The other day my mother and I headed to S.F. to play. One of our stops was at the new Barneys that just opened up the previous week. I loved the mannequins. They have such great color.

I love how this rack is made of penny's.

Mom bought this stylish belt.

I really liked this coat/rain jacket piece but saw that it was ~$500. So I took a shot and will try making one during my "Year of creativity in Zürich."

I have an addiction....

I'm addicted to Facebook. Here's how to quit. I don't think I'll do that though.

Goodbye Sam from work.

So long Dustin and Andrea.

Mom and tomatoes

After Jared and I got all moved out, we celebrated and went to dinner, we each had a beautiful and delicious dish.

Then we went to stay at my Parent's house for the week and my mother's tomatoes from her garden.

Moving

The other day Jared and I were packed up (thanks to Google) and moved out or our apartment. We made a huge pile of things to get rid of and take to the D.I. trailer. For the items that I never use but was still a bit sentimental about Jared suggested I take a shot of it and then get rid of it. (This is his new philosophy on sizing down. It works really well in becoming a minimalist, an art I'm afraid I will never achieve.)

I took a shot of this bag I bought in NZ and used all throughout Australia and had added patches to from all the places I visited.

Here is the green couch that the movers miraculously got into the elevator. It's the one that my brother Sam and Jared painstakingly carried up 3
flights of stairs when we moved in.

Here are the movers with all of our belongings to be shipped or stored. We only shipped our bikes, skis, computer and a few clothes. Hopefully they make it safely.

Here we are in an empty apartment chillin' on the floor because our furniture is all packed up. We had internet (a staple in my life) until the last moment.
